Cartridge Ink Cell 5 & 7 Assembly

Main placement project: part-by-part mechanical assembly of the Ink Cell 7 machine and electrical assembly support on Ink Cell 5, executed from engineering drawings and wiring diagrams with point-to-point connection verification.

UV Coating Machine Assembly

Built the machine structure from aluminium extrusion profiles and ACP panels, then completed the electrical installation: panel wiring, control circuits, and cable termination.

Roller Machine Assembly & Repair

Assembled six production roller conveyor units; diagnosed rollers jammed by long-term wear and performed repair and replacement to restore material flow.

MES Training Systems

Wired MES Motor control panels and rebuilt two MES Electronic training units (dismantling, re-soldering, and re-wiring), working with Omron CP1E PLC and variable-speed-drive training panels.

QR Reader Panel Assembly

Assembled and wired a camera panel that reads QR codes on products, integrated with the production machine's control system.

Commissioning & Troubleshooting

Commissioned machines and traced faults (stalled actuators, coupling slip, connector and component mismatches, missing wiring), closing each finding with re-wiring, component replacement, continuity checks, and final inspection.

New Infrastructure & QC Process

Followed the new-site delivery chain from proposal and CAPEX release through construction, installation, integration and on-air, and documented the QC flow (material on site, installation, integration, NAURA acceptance, LACCIMA connectivity checks) as a business-process flowchart.

Network Performance Monitoring

Monitored network performance and service quality for Region Sumbagteng in weekly SQA cycles: KPI, availability, alarms and complaint trends, reviewed in weekly superior meetings.

Drive Test & RF Analysis

Ran field drive tests for Single Site Verification and cluster routes with handset and GPS logging (Nemo Handy / Nemo Analyze) to verify coverage and signal quality per site for optimization follow-up.

BTS Tower Audit & Sampling

Audited and sampled BTS sites across power (PLN, rectifier, battery bank, grounding, genset), transport (IP microwave radio, fiber optic, Metro-E) and radio (RBS, RRU, antennas, feeders), checking structure, cabling and connectors.

CCM Dashboard (Power BI)

Built the Customer Complain Management dashboard in Microsoft Power BI: complaint tickets, root-cause distribution, MTTR and availability, capacity and coverage gauges, packaged into the weekly CCM report.

IoT Antenna Rotator Prototype

Designed and built an ESP32 and Blynk automatic antenna rotator for remote re-azimuth of sector antennas: servo pan-tilt mechanics on a low-cost tower mock-up, positioned in real time from a phone to cut site-visit effort.
